Responsibilities

• Contracts & Agreements : Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including service contracts, vendor agreements, lease agreements, and partnership agreements.
• Regulatory Compliance : Advise on compliance with relevant Hong Kong laws and regulations governing the logistics, e-commerce, and transportation sectors, including import/export regulations, data protection, and consumer protection.
• Employment Law : Provide legal advice on employment law matters, including employee contracts, labor disputes, and compliance with local labor regulations.
• Intellectual Property : Assist with intellectual property matters, including trademark protection, licensing agreements, and IP-related issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide legal support and ensure business activities are legally compliant.

Qualifications :

• Law degree from reputable law school.
• 4- 6 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with experience in logistics, e-commerce, International trade, or technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, handling disputes, and advising on compliance issues.
• Ability to work independently, think strategically, and manage multiple legal matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese/ Mandarin.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across teams.
