Key Responsibilities:

• Full-time Resident Staff stationed at the Project Office & Site Office
• The successful delivery of a high-end mixed-use project
• Monitor and control site progress, supervise overall site activities and work in conjunction with consultants and contractors in completing the projects with high quality and within the planned schedule and budget
• Responsible for BIM input and coordination with other consultants and contractors
• Ensuring that all program milestones are met successfully
• Provide construction detailing solutions that clearly maintain design intent and consider buildability
• Monitor and mitigate project risks and escalate where necessary

Required Experience / Skills / Qualifications:

• At least 12 years of post-qualification experience in interior retail and workplace projects in Hong Kong
• Holder of a valid Safety Green Card is a must
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Cantonese for daily communication
• Ability to chair and minute meetings
• Ability to instruct and coordinate consultant and contractor teams
• Strong technical and detailing capabilities
• High-level understanding of AutoCAD & Revit
• Adobe Photoshop & Rhino software essential
• Demonstrate a proven record of previous work and training skills
• Experience in Hong Kong site visits, tender/ construction document delivery, materials, and detailing will also be the key qualities of the successful candidate
