About The Role

Support daily finance operation, business performance tracking, initiatives evaluation, financial analysis, enforce internal control policies and ensure compliance with AIA standardsRoles and Responsibilities:

Report directly to Financial Controller

Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and Group's month-end closing process and reporting.

Assist in financial and non-financial performance tracking, including KPI and drivers' definitions, design of models on clinics and doctors' performance review, shape processes for reporting and analytics.

Support the evaluation of initiatives, business plan and post review, including pricing and tendering, doctors' and providers' packages, projects cost management and tracking.

Prepare monthly rolling forecast and support the annual budgeting process.

Perform cash flow management and prepare monthly cashflow, projection and manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

Lead the credit control function including the management of billings, settlement matters with insurers and corporates and work with the stakeholder to take up follow up actions.

Ensure balance sheet reconciliation and review schedules.

Enforce internal control policies on both finance and operation to achieve disciplined growth, ensure compliance with Group policies and standards, report any exceptions, and identify solutions and areas of improvement.

Partner with operation teams to establish daily sales and cash transactions tracking, procure to pay process and inventory management.

Responsible for the statutory audit and tax filing processes.

Preform ad hoc assignment as required.

Minimum Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting / Finance or a related discipline

Possession of a recognised professional qualification, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent

Full set accounting experience

A minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience with exposure in leading CPA firms and/or multi-national groups, of which 2 years should be at managerial / senior supervisory level

Experience in medical industry with strong business acumen and understanding is a plus.

Strong logical and analytical skills with sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRSs"), Hong Kong and international tax laws and Hong Kong Companies Ordinance

Solid knowledge in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting

Proficient in ERP / clinic management system is an advantage.

Excellent communication and reporting writing skills in both English and Chinese

Good team player, ability to multi-task and prioritize different requests

Able to work independently and under pressure

Others

You are preferred to obtain ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent; or any licenses if your job involves regulated activities
