We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to oversee all HR and administrative functions in our Hong Kong office. This role requires a strong focus on talent acquisition, workforce planning, operations, and payroll management to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring quality hires and a strong talent pipeline.
Oversee all HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations etc.
Ensure compliance with Hong Kong labor laws and company policies.
Manage monthly payroll processing, tax filings, and benefits administration.
Oversee office administration, including facilities, vendor management, and compliance matters.
Handle employee records, contracts, and performance management processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR & Administration, with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws, payroll, and HR best practices.
Fluent in English and Chinese.

Pay: $24,096.02 - $53,957.47 per month
