Our client is a quasi-government body in Hong Kong, currently seeking an Associate HR Director to join as part of the management team. In this role, you will lead a sizeable team and manage the full spectrum of HR responsibilities across talent acquisition, business partnering, compensation and benefits, and ad hoc projects.

About The Role

• Formulate talent acquisition strategies to attract top talents and enhance employer brand.
• Serve as an HR business partner to senior stakeholders, providing strategic support to various departments.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive offerings.
• Drive HR initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering their growth and development.
• Supervise ad hoc HR projects as required e.g. HRIS system migration, process workflow enhancement etc

Requirements

• Degree holder with 15-20+ years of relevant HR experience gained from sizeable corporations or quasi-government bodies.
• Proven experience as an HR generalist with a strong understanding of all HR functions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
