岗位职责:

  • 贯彻落实公司战略部署,组织实施代理人事业部年度经营计划;
  • 完成公司对该部门下达的考核指标,全面负责各项业务开展及队伍发展目标达成;
  • 负责规划和梳理MCV市场拓展推广及培训事项 ;
  • 负责拓展和维护港澳、港新及内地联动业务;
  • 负责代理人团队搭建及管理工作;
  • 负责代理公司管理工作;
  • 负责部门整体费用预算管理,对公司的成本效率指标负责;
  • 负责代理人渠道培训系统管理。

任职要求:

  • 本科及以上学历;
  • 具有10年以上保险行业从业经验,其中5年以上保险公司或保险中介机构管理经验;
  • 具备较强业务推动能力和市场敏感度以及资源协同整合能力;
  • 具有发展战略、经营计划、经营管理以及团队搭建管理相关经验,有较强的团队管理能力;
  • 寿险公司背景、国内头部保险公司背景优先;
  • 有代理人队伍搭建与管理经验优先;
