Position Overview

The Senior Corporate Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the organization's public image and reputation. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong international media relations, crisis management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organization's goals.
• Manage and nurture relationships with international media outlets to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation.
• Lead crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and effective responses to media inquiries during critical situations.
• Craft compelling press releases, speeches, and other communication materials in Chinese and English
• Serve as a spokesperson for the organization, effectively addressing public and media inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing insights and recommendations for proactive communication strategies.
• Organize and oversee press conferences, media events, and other public engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations with 3 years in managerial positions
• Proven track record in crisis management and effective media handling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficient in communication tools and platforms, including social media.
