  • Ownership of full B2B, from lead generation to deal closure, by delivering AI-generated social listening solutions to clients within the Commercial Sector
  • Foster new client relationships through proactive outreach, i.e. cold calls, networking, etc., and leverage existing relationships to upsell business
  • Identify customer requirements and liaise with various departments to design, specify and advise on the most suitable solution.
  • Articulate value proposition to clients, assess buying interests, pitch relevant solutions and T&C
  • Strengthen existing and new long-term client relationships and ensure consistent satisfaction
  • Understand clients’ needs and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement in service and product

需求條件

  • University graduated, preferably in IT/Business major
  • 1-2 years working experience related to Sales, preferably in IT field (welcome to fresh graduated)
  • Positive, mature, disciplined, motivated with good interpersonal skill
  • Outgoing, energetic and good at communication
  • Good communication skill in both Mandarin and English.
  • Aggressive and Independent
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Executive
