Job Responsibilities:
· Identify, target, and onboard institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, local and foreign institutions and financial advisors.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
· Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving fund subscriptions and new client investments
· Expand and maintain relationships with private banking, wealth management, and insurance institutions in Singapore—both local and foreign—along with relationship managers (RMs), while building and growing the firm's distribution network
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing market insights, fund performance updates, and personalized investment solutions
· Present and promote the firm’s fund products, including hedge funds, VCC sub funds, and alternative investments
· Research the needs of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and relationship managers , and assist to drive the adoption of AI applications for the financial sector .
· Assist the company in meeting Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) compliance requirements , ensuring that business operations adhere to regulatory guidelines.
· Collaborate closely with the teams in Mainland China and other international markets to drive business expansion.
· Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Job Requirements:
· Currently a qualified MAS-registered representative for CMS-licensed fund management activities (e.g., has passed relevant exams and meets work experience requirements).
· Strong industry experience and extensive network in Singapore’s private banking, wealth management, insurance sectors, with a deep understanding of HNWI and RM pain points.
· Experience and track record in funds sales to Accredited and Institutional Investors.
· Strong interest in AI applications in finance, with high execution ability, and strong project management skills.
· Familiar with offshore corporate structures, including VIE, Red-Chip, Cayman, and BVI structures.
· Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Strong entrepreneurial mindset, able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced startup environment, and possess excellent time management skills.
· Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
· Familiarity with financial regulations
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
