Clerk / Human Resources Assistant (Temporary appointment) (several posts) (Ref. 250310014)
[Appointment period: each for six to twelve months initially, with possibility of further appointment]

Duties

The appointees will be required to:

(a) provide clerical support to different human resource functions and related work;

(b) perform duties related to the human resources information system and handle data input, data collection, filing and system records;

(c) provide logistics and clerical support to committees and meetings;

(d) liaise with internal and external stakeholders; and

(e) perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of Office or her delegates.

Qualifications

Applicants should:

(a) have five passes in HKCEE including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A; Level 2 if results are obtained from 2007 onwards), Chinese Language (Level 2 if results are obtained from 2007 onwards) and Mathematics; or a combination of results in five HKDSE subjects of Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E in Other Language subjects, and the five subjects must include English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics;

(b) have several years of relevant working experience;

(c) be able to communicate in both written and spoken English and Chinese;

(d) have knowledge of computer applications (e.g. MS Word and Excel), preferably including Chinese word processing; and

(e) have a pleasant personality and positive attitude with team spirit.

Candidates with a recognised degree plus some relevant working experience may also be considered.
