Job Description:

  • To lead the Customer Service Team to provide quality, caring and efficient customer service to the mall tenants and customers;
  • To handle enquires and complaints to ensure timely response according to the company service pledge;
  • To develop and execute training plan for the Customer Service Team for continuous service improvement;
  • To actively coordinate with Marketing Department on loyalty club program, promotional events and customer service matters;
  • To monitor the car park redemption system for the mall visitors.

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management / Public Relations or related disciplines;
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in public relations / customer services / hospitality management at managerial level. (Candidate with more experience might be considered as Customer Relations Manager.);
  • Experience in handling marketing promotion campaigns / events will be an advantage;
  • Good supervisory and communication skills;
  • Passionate and able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Proficiency in written Chinese and English;
  • Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
