Responsibilities

• Processing of TCM (中藥部) production documents and reports;
• Assisting production manager to ensure smooth and efficient production operations;
• Handling data entry of purchasing orders and inventory transactions into the system;
• Preparing regular inventory reports;
• Assisting daily operation of production line;
• Supporting to all purchasing and procurement matters; &
• Maintaining filing system of the department.

Qualifications and Experiences    

• Secondary / HKDSE or above qualification;
• Knowledge of GMP is an advantage;
• Proficient in MS officer and Chinese Word Processing;
• Team player and willing to learn; &
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
