Responsibilities:

• Manage the operation of the programmatic advertising management system(s)
• Build and maintain relationships with advertising partners to identify and explore new opportunities
• Monitor and analyze ad operation data, utilizing data-driven strategies and market insights to optimize performance and drive growth in advertising revenue
• Execute ad inventory priorities and schedule display ads effectively
• Review and assess programmatic performance regularly to ensure continuous improvement           

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 2 years’ experience in digital advertising operations
• Familiar with digital ad management tools especially Google Ad Manager
• Experience in data analysis and programmatic ad networks is a plus
• Understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and online customer acquisition
• Excellent communication, cross-departmental coordination and customer service awareness
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable with a solutions-driven mindset
