Responsibilities

• Handle and prepare full set of air import / export documents, declaration and reports
• Issue invoice for payment collection from overseas offices, agents, customers and co-loaders
• Check and monitor the cargo uplift status
• Co-ordinate and follow up shipment flow with internal & external parties
• Handle enquiries from overseas offices, agents, customers, co-loaders and internal departments

Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• Minimum 3 year relevant experience in freight forwarding 
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Independent, detail conscious and able to work under pressure
• Willing to perform overnight shift duty & working in holiday
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Air Operations Clerk
