We are looking for a Service Centre Officer / Service Centre Officer (Overnight) based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Service Centre Officer / Service Centre Officer (Overnight), we rely on you to:

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls promptly
• Provide and record all guest messages and wake-up calls
• Fulfill guest needs as requested according to the established standard
• Answer general inquiries and explain latest F&B promotion
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Supervisors

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant experience in the Hotel or Service Industry
• Proven demonstration of teamwork
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Willingness to rotate across shifts, including day, night and overnight shifts
