Job descriptions:

• Supervise and ensure that all frontline staff provide quality services to guests
• Carry out all check-in and check-out services in a professional manner
• Handle guests’ enquiries and complaints with courteous and friendly manner

Job requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is preferred
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity
• Pleasant, customer oriented and work independently under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills & good command of English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Officer
