We are looking for a Guest Relations Host based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Guest Relations Host, we rely on you to:

• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Guest Relations Department
• Provide personalized and prompt service to VIP guests from arrival to departure
• Liaise with relevant departments regarding guests' logistical requirements and amenities
• Keep updating the VIP list and guest preferences
• Knowledge of Hotel information to answer inquiries

We are looking for someone who has:

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year experience in the Hotel or Service Industry
• Self-motivated and well-organized
• Outgoing, customer oriented and self motivated individual
• Strong communications skills and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken English and Putonghua
