Responsibilities

• Liaise with external & internal customers to arrange cargo pick-up / delivery, Trade Declaration and document handover
• Verify correctness & completeness of documents provided by shippers for all shipments
• Co-ordinate and follow up on shipment and cargo uplift status
• Ensure the efficiency and quality of the air freight process smoothly
• Prepare related document & shipment reports
• Handle general enquiries from internal parties, customers and overseas offices
• Provide positive & workable solutions to our customers
• Support and coach team members

Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE or above with minimum 5 years' relevant experience
• Independent, detail conscious and able to in a fast pace industry
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Shift Duty required
