Job Description:

• To develop new customers (HK or Oversea), manage and grow key accounts to achieve annual sales target;
• Manage and oversee all production and product development operations of new items for cost, quality, and schedule;
• Responsible for promotion and sales of the company's product;
• Prepare annual sales forecasts and set business target;
• Seek for business opportunities in new markets and applications;
• Strategic planning and capable to enhance relationship with new and existing customers

Job Requirement 

• Three years or above in direct sales and marketing in toys field;
• Diploma holder in Marketing and/or Business Administration;
• Solid knowledge of production and sourcing processes;
• Solid experience in OEM product, premium, toys & license figurine is preferred;
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Creative, Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with pleasant personality and positive attitude towards new challenges;
• Strong organization skills and attentive to details;
• Strong communication & organization skills with licensor is preferred
