Your role

• Identify business problems and new business opportunities
• Build creative and cost-effective solutions and services
• Ensure that our services have a good end-to-end user experience
• Break down projects into smaller milestones and prioritize across multiple projects
• In a cross-team environment, work closely with our internal customers, other functional teams, internal development teams as well as external vendors and partners
• Gather market intelligence and trends for continuous improvement on existing services

To succeed in this role

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant discipline
• 2 years of work experience in product development & management in IT, telecommunications, digital services or related industry is preferred
• Able to work independently in a dynamic business environment
• A fast learner with strong analytical mind
• A creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
