2025 AXA Corporate Internship Program - AXPLORER Join our award-winning summer internship programme, where you will embark on a 10-week journey gaining hands-on experience within a specific business function. This opportunity will enhance your understanding of the insurance sector and equip you with the essential skills to thrive in this dynamic field.

As a summer intern in AXA HK IT QA & Testing Services Team, you will collaborate with senior Automation Leads to develop and expand our 2025 Automation Initiative. This role offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Python, React, and Cloud technologies while contributing to impactful projects. We prioritize curiosity, teamwork, and a growth mindset-ideal candidates are those who are eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining scalable software applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and process guides.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Study in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
  • Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
