Responsibilities

• Manage & maintain unit operations in the plant including incinerator, steam system, PCT, WWT and Tank Farm, etc.
• Monitor plant processes, react to plant upsets/malfunctions, troubleshoot and take corrective actions to restore normal operations.
• Implements and enforces the operating procedures to ensure proper record and quality of work.
• Supervise and provide direction to plant technicians
• Record plant activities and report to Shift Supervisors
• Perform preventive and simple maintenance activitie

Requirements

• Diploma or above; major in Chemistry/Mechanical/ Engineering is preferred
• 2 years’ chemical plant experience or related experience preferred
• Knowledge in wastewater treatment or boiler will be an advantage
• Certified water tube boiler operator or forklift driver a plus
• Good verbal and written in Cantonese and able to read and write English
• Agile, self motivated and a good team player
• Willing to work on shifts; 48 hours per week (Work 4-6 days per week)
• Candidate with less experience/qualifications can be considered as Technician
