Location: Sheung Wan

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Render clerical support for daily Human Resources (“HR”) administration matters including but not limited to staff recruitment/appointment/leave administration and handling of payroll transactions/work injury cases;
  • prepare/update reports in relation to HR statistics and gather information for facilitating reviews of HR polices;
  • render support to develop and maintain the HR Information System;
  • undertake general office administration such as document management, purchase/maintenance of office supplies/equipment and stock-taking;
  • handle internal and external enquiries on operational matters and coordinate with users on follow up actions; and
  • perform any other duties as assigned.


The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • (a) 5 passes in HKCEE including English Language (Syl. B), Chinese Language and Mathematics or equivalent plus at least 2 years of relevant experience; or
    (b) completed F.5 plus at least 3 years of relevant experience;
  • good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • good computer knowledge including Microsoft Office as well as Chinese and English word-processing; and
  • preferably knowledge in human resources management.

Compensation & employment terms:

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 2-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
