Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support to researchers and traders for data access and usage, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with data engineers to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring high data quality and reliability.
• Manage JIRA workflows, track support requests, and ensure timely resolution of data issues.

Requirements:

• Strong command of Python and data libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy), with experience in data support or technical support.
• Proficiency with data systems, pipelines, and APIs, along with experience using JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
