Accounting and Administration Manager - Property Management
Our client is a listed company of property investment primarily in Hong Kong and treasury investments.
Responsibilities: -
Manage daily and monthly accounting activities
Prepare and manage monthly financial statements and management reports
Manage investment record reconciliation with brokers and bankers
Directly reporting to Directors on financial investment and treasury position
Liaise with auditors and external parties for annual audit
Oversee the procurement of the office
Manage office administration and Human Resources matters
Provide HR support including assisting recruitment process, participation on staff performance reviews, etc.
Manage corporate insurance matters and ad hoc assignments by Directors
Requirements: -
Degree holder or above in Accounting or Finance, with high level of administration experience
At least 8 years of managerial level experience is a must
Solid working knowledge of MS Office
Good written and spoken in both English and Chinese of Business Language
Ability to drive and mentoring the team to supporting the Managment Office
