Responsibilities:

• Design and implement multithreaded and distributed systems to support high-performance trading platforms, including order routing, risk management, and exchange simulators.
• Collaborate with quantitative analysts, traders, and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions that keep QRT at the forefront of electronic trading.
• Manage and enhance 14+ core services, including retiring legacy applications and implementing new features to improve system performance and scalability.
• Work on low-latency, high-throughput systems, ensuring optimal performance for critical trading infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Expertise in C++ (STL, Boost) for low-latency, high-throughput Linux development.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing multithreaded and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with the Linux/GCC development toolchain and Red Hat Linux.
• Knowledge of equities, futures, and options asset classes is highly desirable.
• Experience with order/trade/position management systems and order routing servers is a plus.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
