Position: Administrative Officer
We're seeking a strong, motivated candidate to join our team as an Administrative Officer. This role is crucial in supporting our daily office procedures and sales team operations.

- High accuracy in placing purchase order to suppliers in US & Italy.
- Working knowledge of office equipment and software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Placing purchase order to Italy & US & other suppliers. Create payment summary and weekly reports.
- Manage filing digital & hard copies and supplier relationships.
- Follow up on meeting minutes & setting up meetings.
- Handle expenses, petty cash and reimbursements.
- Distribute and record correspondence (letters, emails, packages)
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Ensure smooth daily and long-term administrative operations

Requirements:
Proven successful experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role, can handle multi-tasks, upgrade & smoothen work procedures, meet deadlines and take care of data, employees‘ and company’s mutual benefits.
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving & serving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Attention to details, patience, joyful and friendly character is what we are looking for.
