What you’ll do

Join us as a Distribution Specialist, where you'll be responsible for coordinating and performing the planning activities associated with transportation, warehousing, inventory levels, materials handling, order administration and communication networks associated with AstraZeneca’s transfers of pharmaceutical product from manufacturing sources to our network of distribution centers. This is an exciting opportunity to adapt and innovate at pace, experiencing the thrill of dynamic challenges as we launch new products.

Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

• Manage all steps relating to the process of supply chain and product supply to customer.
• Monitor product flows in between the 3rd party warehouse and the customers.
• Manage and escalate the supply shipment service deviation.
• Monitor the sales order to cash service and stock movements processed by the 3PL distribution service providers and ensure the business operations are executed in line with the commercial agreements and agreed standard procedures through daily operation information tracking from system interface.
• Keep good communication relationship with internal stakeholders to improve 3PL distribution service providers' performance and internal customer satisfaction.

Essential for the role

• Bachelor degree major in Logistics/Supply Chain or Business Management or equivalent from recognized institution
• 3~5 years minimum experience within a distribution / Logistics role, preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry
• Experience of Customer Service transactional processes
• Inventory management practices SAP SOTC & PTP knowledge and usage experience are essential
• Experience in data analysis is preferred

Desirable for the role

• Professional qualification in distribution
• Qualified Pharmacist License
