Provide company secretarial services in a multi-jurisdictional environment, including client onboarding, renewal processes, and changes in company structure.
Handle incoming inquiries from clients, analyze their needs, and offer advice on company secretarial and statutory compliance matters.
Maintain good customer relationships with outstanding account servicing capabilities.
Liaise with the Hong Kong Companies Registry, Inland Revenue Department, Overseas Registered Agents, and other professional parties as necessary.
Update and maintain statutory records and filings in accordance with the Companies Ordinance.
Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the team leader.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder.
2-3 years relevant working experience.
Knowledge of CSA is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
A good team player with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Mature, meticulous, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.
