Our client is a fast-growing group with investment and property management group, funded to nurture the world's leading research institutes, startups and tech-driven enterprises, and is now seeking an IT Manager - Projects (Applications) + Operations (HKD50k – 60k)  to join their growing team in HK.

Job Accountabilities

• Manage the delivery of IT projects in Hong Kong
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for optimizing business applications, ensuring seamless data integration and interoperability.
• Design and create architecture designs, including data, application, and technology architectures, to guide IT development and investment decisions.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure all business applications comply with security policies, implementing incident response plans and mitigation strategies for security breaches in collaboration with the IT security team
• Oversee application projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor application performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and diagnose application-related issues, coordinating with IT team members for resolution.

• Vendor Management on IT operations, IT Support and IT incidents / service requests from internal customers

  Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT Project Management
• 10 years of experience in business application development and management, 5 years leadership experience in teams / projects with a proven track record of successful implementation. 
• Awareness of trends in AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies that could create benefits for business applications
• Solid experience in big scale business applications projects from planning, discovery, design, implement, quality control and delivery, broad understanding of businesses and functions with the ability to navigate in IT enterprise systems with IT security standard
• Familiarity with WAF, OWASP Top 10, ISO27001, NIST, CSF is a plus
• Solid experience in risk management throughout the project lifecycle includes but not limited to risk identification, mitigation strategy, contingency planning
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, ITIL, PMP & PMI-ACP is ideal
• Industry experience gained from real estate, property development, facility management and/or property management can be beneficial
