Our client, a financial technology company which introduces smart and personalized financial products, achieving a flexible and reliable technology-driven integrated platform for the public.  It also focuses on inclusive finance and wealth management businesses. It is now looking for a high-caliber candidate to join them.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administration, office and personal support for the director
  • Be responsible for handling meeting with Japanese partners & clients
  • Communicate with Japanese suppliers about the requirements, and follow up on the project progress 
  • Handles director's personal business
  • Handle company's letters& handle all kinds of documents properly, such as contract, industrial and commercial registration, change and annual inspection) 
  • Be responsible for planning, preparing and executing the meeting organization with Japanese partners or clients, and sort out the meeting minutes within the prescribed time
  • Follow up on the reservation of Japanese hotels and other materials purchasing matters flexibly according to the Director requirements
  • Communicate effectively with Japanese suppliers about the requirements, and follow up on the project progress and solve possible problems in a timely manner
  • Team admin/ EA work assigned by senior manager 

Requirements:

  • School Certificate
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • At least 3-5years of PA/EA experience
  • At least 2 years of working experience as a personal secretary, be familiar with meeting organization, document management, business travel reservation and purchasing processes, etc.
  • Be familiar with the business culture and etiquette in Japan, be able to handle the document work related to Japan, and those with working experience in Japan are preferred
  • Be careful and conscientious, and have a strong control ability over the work process and details
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and organizational coordination ability, be able to take the initiative to solve problems and complete the work tasks on time
  • Have good communication skills and flexibility, be able to handle all kinds of affairs effectively and be able to maintain efficient work in a fast-paced environment
  • Required to travel probably once a year
