Responsibilities :

• Work as a member in the Corporate Finance Team 
• Champion various analytics for assessing and benchmarking financial performance of various business segments, reconcile management reporting with ERP to ensure completeness and accuracy 
• Summarizes financial information from the business units for inclusion into the Group consolidated results, financial position and cash flow. 
• Provide ongoing improvements to business processes including but not limited to including quote / order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report etc. to drive effectiveness and efficiency
• Participate in finance technology and transformation initiatives on automation projects to streamline communications across department and functional teams
• Prepare business analysis and provide value added comments for senior management to gauge the economic and business trends for identify profit drivers.
• Ensure corporate and site finance departments’ adherence to corporate accounting policies
• Assist in the formulation of corporate policies, process and methodology in compiling group policies 
• Be a solid business partner to participate in ad hoc assignments 

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or related stream
• Qualified Accountant of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years' working experience in Business Finance and sales management for computing components manufacturing sector in a MNC environment with at least 5 year’s supervisory and managerial experience
• Proficient in finance ERP application and reporting tools, such as Power BI
• Strong financial systems knowledge and advanced financial analytical skills
• Well-organized individual, excellent communication and leadership skills
• Flexible, focus on details, able to manage multi-task and work under tight timelines
• Good PC skill in Microsoft Office, mainly excel and Power Point Presentation
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Frequent travel to China and other Asia countries including Thailand is required
