Manage full set of accounting tasks independently, data entry, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), account schedule, bank reconciliations, cash flow management.
Provide monthly management accounts.
Payroll, MPF, Employer's Returns
Handle audits, tax filings, and other related duties.
Manage company secretarial and administrative tasks such as annual returns, commercial insurance, and vehicle insurance and license etc…
Accounting-related functions within the ERP system iFinance, training will be provided if necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Accounting / LCCI Intermediate or Higher
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
Advanced Excel skills with a strong attention to accuracy.
Self-motivated.
Prior experience with managing trading companies accounts is an advantage.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
