Develop and implement marketing strategies: Align marketing campaigns and events with overall business goals and objectives.
Plan and execute events: Manage event marketing, logistics, and operations, from setup to execution and breakdown, ensuring seamless delivery.
Build partnerships and secure sponsorships: Identify and collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and strategic partners to enhance events and drive revenue.
Budget management: Plan and monitor event budgets, additional revenue streams, and timelines to achieve financial goals.
Evaluate performance: Track key event and marketing metrics, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, with expertise in the character licensing industry being a strong advantage.
Proven hands-on experience in planning and managing events.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage resources effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for Japanese anime and character IPs is a plus.
Excellent command of English and Chinese
Candidate with more experience will be consider to “Assistant Manager – Licensing”
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
