Our client is a listed company with property investments primarily in Hong Kong and treasury investments. 
 

Responsibilities: - 

• Responsible for processing lease requirements for potential renters and ensuring all documents are executed accurately 
• Achieving leasing targets by ensuring the leasing team is focused, effective, and efficient; providing clear objectives, guidance and feedback 
• Monitor occupancy & vacancy rates, turnover rates, traffic reports and marketing effectiveness 
• Review pricing strategies at top management level 
• Identify opportunities to increase the value of properties through renewals and potential development 
• Manage space reconfiguration with the team 
• Attends Owner meetings 
• Established and maintained business relationships with tenants, agents and property managers to achieve leasing milestones 
• Support leasing recommendations and research data to ensure they stay informed about the market 
• Develop, implement, monitor and analyze leasing programs and provide feedback 
• Provide support to the leasing officer and build the team  

Requirements: - 

• Degree holder or above in Real Estate, Surveying or other related disciplines 
• More than 15 years of experience in Commercial Leasing for a developer or an owner 
• Advanced, extraordinary negotiation and presentation skills, who has the ability to proactively resolve tenancy issues 
• Solid sales and knowledge of the leasing process and documentation in commercial leasing (e.g. F&B, retail, office) 
• Working knowledge of relevant laws related to leasing 
• Proven ability to handle multiple deals at any given time 
• Adept strategic thinker with the ability to make supportive decisions 
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office and technologically savvy 
• Goodly written and spoken in both English and Chinese as a Business Language 
• Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure and embrace change
