Your Responsibilities

• Consult customers and KN Account Teams on digital solutions including RFI & RFQ, as well as QBR and other customer touch points.
• Responsible for training to sales Colleagues from all Sales Channel.
• Responsible for project management in line with digital solutions methodologies, and provide digital solutions support to projects of the supply chain Design Team
• Execute handover from Consult to Implement in line with processes agreed between business units.
• Identify upselling opportunities, positioning digital solutions as unique value propositions
• Responsible for feedback and solution development, collaborating with DSM, IT and the Business Units Sea Air and Road on solution development, and creating awareness of latest technological advancements applied by competitors and supply chain intelligence providers.
• Identifying and implementing efficiencies within digital solutions, and ensuring ease of doing business for internal stakeholders
• Implement global digital solutions policies and strategies within the designated area
   

Your Skills and Experiences

• Minimum 3 years Solution Consulting experience preferably in supply chain
• Proven track record in delivering results in complex environments
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong experience with innovative technology and automation
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Experience with data analytics and process optimization is a plus
