Key roles and responsibilities of Assistant Property Manager are to carry out the daily duties at  commercial buildings and Industrial buildings,  including but not limited to the supervision of front-line staff, management of daily operation, and maintaining a good relationship with tenants.

  Job responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the Buildings' daily operation including security, cleaning, repair and maintenance arrangement
  • Planning, organizing, supervising all management duties for the building in order to maintain a high standard service quality 
  • Assist in preparing annual building management budget and capital expenditure budget
  • Handle Tenant’s requests and complaints and follow up on progress
  • Handle handover and takeover of premises to tenants
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents for improvement work, and invite quotation for regular maintenance 
  • Attend Management Committee/Owners Committee and ad-hoc meetings
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
     

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma or above in Property Management/Housing Studies related discipline
  • 7 years' relevant experience in Property Management/Facilities Management
  • Holder with PMP License (Tier 1 or 2) is must
  • Familiar with BMO, DMC & Tenancy agreements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS applications and reporting
  • Able to work independently
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Property Manager.
