• Monthly salary HK$17,000 - $22,000
• Discretionary Bonus

Duties

• Greet and assist customers upon arrival, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
• Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies directly, ensuring accurate and helpful responses
• Identify and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner, maintaining professionalism throughout
• Work closely with team members and management to ensure a seamless customer experience and address operational issues

Requirements

• Higher diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a face-to-face setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
