Key Responsibilities

        •        Handle month-end closing processes for licensed corporations in Hong Kong, the US, and Singapore, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

        •        Prepare and submit Financial Resources Returns (FRR) in compliance with regulatory standards.

        •        Support daily business activities by providing financial insights and operational assistance to relevant teams.

        •        Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of financial queries.

        •        Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data, generate reports, and streamline processes.

        •        Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as required by management.

Qualifications and Skills

        •        Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields

        •        At least 2 years working experience, highly preferred in financial industry. Experience in audit is a plus.

        •        Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (both written and spoken) is a must

        •        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

        •        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively

        •        Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

        •        Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting requirements in Hong Kong, the US, or Singapore is a plus

        •        CPA qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
