• Manages engineering support of commissioning activities
• Develop and maintain the system-centric integrated commissioning and start-up plan and schedule
• Final system commissioning and Entry into Service of engineered solutions
• Utilize effective management skills and communication to deliver results
• Functional testing support
• Assistance with static inspections and support of CxMS Issues Log
• Assist with the creation of meeting minutes
• Assist O&M personnel develop an understanding of systems and design intent
• Assist in maintaining virtual documentation storage (Cloud)
• Assist in equipment tracking

Qualifications required:

Data centre experience is essential!

• Conduct facility maintenance staff walk-throughs
• Master’s degree in engineering, electrical engineering or MBA a plus
• Subject matter expertise in combined heat and power/cogeneration, central utility plants, data centers, healthcare facilities, laboratories, water/wastewater facilities, controls, building envelope, TAB, NETA electrical testing, renewable energy, and other specialties preferred
• Provides support to project teams for planning and execution of project startup activities
• Plans and prepares for startup activities and major milestones (chemical cleaning, steam blow, demonstration tests)
• Fluency in Cantonese is required
• Conduct meetings related to internal and external commissioning requirements.
• Utilize various electronic platforms ie facility Grid
