Responsibilities

• Support Manager to manage the daily property management service and building operation in the data center including repairs and maintenance, cleaning, procurement and contract management
• Monitor and managed outsourced contractor performance
• Co-ordinate with various parties for building operation and project works
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• To attend handover / takeover inspection of new development
• To prepare of defects report after handover / takeover inspection
• Provide duties in other locations as required
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines
• Holder of professional memberships in property management, real estate, building services, project management or related disciplines preferable
• Holder of PMP Tier 1 or Tier 2 would be an advance
• At least 3 years relevant experience in property management, preferably in commercial properties
• Solid experience on handover / takeover of new development would be an advantage
• Possesses technical knowledge
• Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Familiar with MS word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Officer
