Reconciling bank statements.
Inputting and managing bookkeeping in our ERP system and performing general book-keeping duties.
Issuing Purchase Orders and handling routine operation tasks.
Assisting in office administration and adhoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & experiences
F6 / DSE or above with LCCI Level 3
Min. 2 years work experience in Accounting & administration field
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
Knowledge in accounting system, experienced in Oracle System will be an advantage
Good in Chinese and English
Self-motivated, responsible, independence
Willing to learn
Immediate available or short notice period is preferred
Japanese speaking is an advantage
