Task & responsivities

  • Maintaining financial records, ensuring all paperwork is filed properly and organized for easy access.
  • Reconciling bank statements.
  • Inputting and managing bookkeeping in our ERP system and performing general book-keeping duties.
  • Issuing Purchase Orders and handling routine operation tasks.
  • Assisting in office administration and adhoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & experiences

  • F6 / DSE or above with LCCI Level 3
  • Min. 2 years work experience in Accounting & administration field 
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing 
  • Knowledge in accounting system, experienced in Oracle System will be an advantage
  • Good in Chinese and English
  • Self-motivated, responsible, independence
  • Willing to learn
  • Immediate available or short notice period is preferred
  • Japanese speaking is an advantage
