Ensure adequate cash collections on assigned portfolios, timely credit risk assessments of customers. Review employees’ travel and entertainment expense.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for collections activities on the assigned portfolios. Activities include minimizing balances on customers’ accounts, timely escalation/resolution of disputes and collection issues through leverage of professional relationships with Guerbet’s internal and external customers.
• Responsible for the accurate cash receipts forecast on collection
• Responsible for ensuring AR metrics are achieved
• Responsible for performing AR settlement and condition maintenance
• Analysis of financial information of assigned customers in order to assess credit risk and make necessary recommendations to the business
• Preparing reports to aid management and perform account and customer reconciliations as necessary
• Review employees’ travel and entertainment expense and supporting the launching of expenses claim system on the assigned portfolios
• Review vendor validation
• Administrator of lease accounting system
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements  

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge of SAP system is preferred
• Experience in international environment / SSC is preferred
• Pharmaceutical background is preferred
• A proactive team player with good organizational and communication skills
• Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Analytical and details oriented
• Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility
• 2 or more years of relevant experience in handling accounts receivable
• Experience in reviewing expenses claim is preferable
