• Client: A Listed Property Group
• Position: Senior Leasing Officer / Leasing Officer / Assistant Leasing Officer
• Responsibilities: Responsible for the leasing of retail malls in HK. Responsible for market research & analysis, tenancy management, lease terms negotiation, document management, etc.
• $25-36K+. 5-day, medical, bonus

Requirements  

• Degree holder
• 2-6 years experience in retail leasing gained with property developers
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
• Applicants with less experience (1-2 years) will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer
