Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to oversee their leasing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate leasing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Leasing Activities: Oversee all leasing activities, including marketing available properties, conducting property tours, and negotiating lease agreements.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
• Lease Administration: Prepare and review lease documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of leasing agents, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
• Reporting: Prepare and present leasing reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
• Event Coordination: Organize and participate in promotional events and open houses to attract potential tenants.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of leasing processes and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensed estate agent 
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is preferable
