Our client is looking for an Application Maintenance Manager to support their on-going projects
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a Team to provide onsite application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Monitor application performance and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with the technical team to implement updates and enhancements.
Conduct regular system checks and audits to ensure application integrity.
Document all maintenance activities and create user guides as needed.
Assist in training client staff on application usage and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in application maintenance or support.
Solid experience of handling major and minor category of incident.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
