Our client is looking for an Application Maintenance Manager to support their on-going projects 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a Team to provide onsite application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Monitor application performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the technical team to implement updates and enhancements.
• Conduct regular system checks and audits to ensure application integrity.
• Document all maintenance activities and create user guides as needed.
• Assist in training client staff on application usage and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in application maintenance or support.
• Solid experience of handling major and minor category of incident.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
