This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and driving sales to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and able to lead a team to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

Customer Services & Sales Manager/Assistant Manager (E-Commerce)

Job Description

  • Formulate, monitor and improve customer service and sales procedures (Online/Offline) to maximize service performances and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external parties to gather/analyze data to help identify sales trends/potential areas of improvement and develop effective advertising strategy to achieve sales targets
  • Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, stay up-to-date with industry trends and promoting relevant products and services.
  • Lead and ensure team are fully informed with product knowledge, service procedures, supply-chain management, order processing, payments processing and after-sales support.
  • Work closely with OEM business partners in areas such as product promotions/ preparing for product launching/ keeping production standard and develop other business opportunities.
  • Effectively coach and motivate team members to enhance internal & eternal communication, sales technique and customer interactions
  • Gather/manage/utilize customer sales records for follow-ups and future sales opportunities.
  • Participate in promotional events, workshops, and marketing activities.
  • Manage and prepare sales/traffic/promotional reports and other sale support utilities/stock logs on a weekly/monthly basis

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder or above with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to drive performance management 
  • Ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives, while fostering a team atmosphere
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
