Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and consolidation for regional offices
  
• Prepare the annual budget and forecast
  
• Manage external/internal audit to meet internal reporting and local statutory timelines
  
• Work closely with Tax team and advisors to handle corporate tax returns and tax queries
  
• Review the statutory returns of the licensed corporations and monitor the daily liquid capital requirements
  
• Coordinate with Compliance & Legal team for regulatory filings/ requests
  
• Assist in other business projects and ad-hoc requests
  

• Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines
  
• Qualified Accountant (e.g. with HKICPA/ ACCA/ CPAA) is a MUST
  
• 8+ years with Big 4 together with relevant accounting experience from sell/ buy side, corporate finance experience is an advantage
  
• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  
• Able to work under pressure with good prioritisation and organisational skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
