Job Description

• Lead and manage a maintenance team to provide overall supervision of maintenance services provided by contractors within a public housing estate.
• Work closely with the estate management team and relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective services be provided to the estate.

Qualifications and Experience:

A practicing member of one of the following professional institutions with a minimum of 3 years' post qualification experience in which at least one year shall be in building maintenance in Hong Kong. 

• The Hong Kong Institute of Engineers (Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Discipline); or 
• An overseas engineering institution (Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Disciplines) which has signed agreements for the mutual recognition of qualifications with the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers 
• The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (Building Surveying Division);
• The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Building Surveying Division);
• The Hong Kong Institute of Architects;
• The Royal Institution of British Architects;
• The Institute of Civil Engineers;
• The Institution of Structural Engineers;
• The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil, Structural, Geotechnical Disciplines);

Other Requirements

• Good leadership capabilities and a team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Practical and solid working experience in government public rental housing estates will be an added advantage.
