What We Offer:
- Business Development Manager $ 45,000- $ 59,000 /month OTE
- Business Development Executive $ 37,000- $ 41,000 /month OTE
- Competitive base salary with uncapped monthly paid out commissions
- Free paid leave when monthly target is reached (No need to work and no AL deductions)
- Guaranteed base increase of $2,000 in Year 2 and an additional $3,000 in Year 3
- 4 -day work week with all Fridays off upon the successful completion of Year 1
